How did you choose your health priorities? 

We identified Wood County's most urgent health priorities by reviewing existing quantitative community health data, surveying 1,600 local residents, holding a community meeting with 48 attendees, facilitating 5 focus groups with underserved populations, and interviewing 6 key healthcare providers.

When did this all happen? How did I miss it?

We've been organizing around health in Wood County for years, but have recently been reinvigorated by our community health improvement planning process.
